2 storey beach house located on corner of Halls Head Parade and Janis Street, directly opposite Doddi's Beach across the road. The outside shower, on side of house, is convenient to wash off unwanted sand.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, within the laundry, there is another toilet and shower. Great for secluded weekends, as well as large family get togethers.
Total beds available include: 1 kingsize, 2 queensize, 1 single trundle bed (i.e. 2 no. single beds), 1 portacot.
Located very close to Mary Street Boat Ramp, also adjacent to Bus #591 stop on Janis Street and 50m to Todds Cafe!!

Whether fishing is your passion, or whether it is swimming and laying in the sun, Doddi's Beach is perfect for everyone, small children included.

After Xmas Getaway
Nicely situated opposite Dotti Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the property was good for our family needs. We were all comfortable and there was plenty of space for the children. 3 or more cars easily fit on the drive way. The house was well equipped with kitchen gear and games for the kids. It was fantastic sitting on the front setting watching the world go by while enjoying a bbq and so good to able to pop across the road for a dip. A lovely bay and perfect for children.

Great location. House was a little smaller than expected, as the property is more like a townhouse than an entire home, but still large enough for a family of 4. No wifi which was inconvenient as both adults and teens had work/school to complete. However NBN got installed whilst we were staying so that shouldnt be an issue for others.

Wake up every day with the beach at your front door!
This was the perfect location for a short family getaway. The beach is at your front door, coffee a few doors down and plenty of space for parking. Easy access to Mandurah by road, bike or kayak. The house is easy care and well equipped. Communication with the property manager was prompt and clear. No fenced area for small people but plenty of space inside for them to play. Would definitely recommend.

Summer bliss
We loved our stay! Location is the best, the unit is the perfect beach holiday rental with character and comfort. Although the upstairs air con wasn’t working, the ceiling fans saved the day. Communication with the owner was very good, we had to wait a day for a new washing machine to arrive (no biggie) Desi checked in to make sure everything was going ok for us over those issues and even spoiled us with a surprise gift to compensate. Not needed but very appreciated.
I only wish we could have stayed so much longer!

Good location near beach
A nice family house with a KING (Extra Large) double bed in the main bedroom plus a double bedroom, both looking towards the ocean. The third bedroom at the side has a further King and a single bed. There is only one bathroom upstairs but a further shower and toilet off the utility room by the kitchen. We had a few maintenance issues but the owner responded quickly.
Great outdoor area with BBQ and plenty of parking space on site. There is direct beach access across the road.
