Location de vacances de particulier à Perry

« The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay. »

« It needs some TLC. I understand that the current owners are probably selling soon so trying to mitigate their costs. New beds and new window treatments would be a good start. Great location. »

« The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot »

« Perfect place! So grateful!! »

« House was very clean. Bathtub was very slick and deep, making it rather difficult to get out of. I would recommend putting some kind of anti-slip material in there. »
