'The only complaint I have is that they attempted to charge my card twice after I prepaid through Expedia. However, I have a wonderful stay otherwise.'

'We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! It all felt very sketchy. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was solid, but if you are looking for a winery shuttle or helpful...

'This is a beautiful pet friendly hotel in a lovely and quiet area overlooking Lake Erie. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Jenny checked us in and could not have been nicer! I will definitely recommend and return.'

'The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!'

'The facility was extremely clean & well maintained. We were the only people staying on the property (no staff) so that was different. Instructions were clear for accessing our room, etc.'

'They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.'

When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.'
