The accommodation’s were immaculate and well thought out. Amanda was extremely hospitable, and helped us with anything we needed. She even helped setup an amazing proposal experience for us. The view was amazing, and the animal experience was more than memorable. This stay was one of the best getaways we ever had!

Comfy, cozy!

We stay just a few days and loved how we were able to just slow down while we were here! Amanda’s place is seriously so comfortable, beautiful, and just a breath of fresh air. So accommodating with thoughtful touches for our dog , relaxing music playing as we entered the first time into the home, and the signature scent!! We will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful stay

This place is a one of a kind in the USA. Perfect spot for families, dogs, and friends. Beautifully decorated and designed. Amanda was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Will be returning if we ever travel in NY again! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

If I could live here, I would!

Dell Collective is hands down, our favorite family destination . We’ve visited 4 times and will continue to go back every year. Yes, it is THAT awesome. 🙃 Amanda goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her attention to detail is unmatched. The decor is breathtaking, the view is spectacular, and the animals are ADORABLE! When you do book your stay, be sure to visit the High Falls in Letchworth. The adventure will be the cherry on top of a fantastic trip to Dell Collective!

Quick Getaway

We decided to have a quick pre-anniversary getaway and the West Barn was perfect! The quietness of the location and beauty of the space is instant relaxation! Wonderful Experience

We rented the Highbanks for three days and had a wonderful experience! This was our second time staying with Amanda. We will come back for a third visit, for sure. The Highbank unit was clean, bright and ethereal. The decor expertly curated with intriguing touches throughout. Who would think a bathroom needs a 15 foot door , a reading nook 10 feet up in a bedroom and shower as big as an office. Not to mention the wonderful “Animal Experience”. So peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend The Dell for it’s uniqueness.

Dreams Come True at Dell Collective

I knew that I would love staying in an adorable farmhouse so close to Letchworth State Park , and I was right! The RW West Barn is impeccably designed and styled to fulfill all your farmhouse dreams! It was beautiful, comfortable, and minutes away from a fantastic scenic park that's known as the "grand canyon of the east." What i didn't know was how much fun it would be to make friends with a camel, a baby zebra, an adorable lamb , a super-friendly calico cat , and all the other charming animals on Amanda's farm. Thanks again for a wonderful experience !P.S. Amanda was a gracious host who was totally available, welcoming, and generous with her time & attention.

CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!

Amanda was amazing! She gave us every accommodation we asked for and while some were probably a pain in the butt to deal with I’m sure, she came through every single time and I thank her for that! The place was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures led on! I cannot wait to go back and definitely will be back at some point in the near future I’m sure. Also, the animals are all SUPER friendly and I miss them all already! Especially Hazel and Sandy! :( PS: The surrounding area and park are absolutely GORGEOUS as well and if you live in a city, you’ll likely see a night sky on a clear night that you haven’t seen in years, if not ever!

Another amazing stay!

We can't recommend Dell Collective enough. This was our second time staying at Highbanks at RW West Barn, and we loved it again! The design and comfort is better than any high-end hotel you can find. On top of that we got to visit with all the resident farm animals, including a baby goat, pregnant cow, and a camel! Amanda is an absolute pleasure to coordinate with and every little detail about the property is top-notch. The best!

Great! Stay at an amazing property

We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze. Amanda and the Dell collective did a fabulous job as hosts and in curating this wonderful property. Thank you!

Best Spring Brake

We had the most incredible stay at Dell Collective in the West Barn. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and just right. Amanda was an amazing host—super friendly, helpful, and always around if we needed anything. The barn itself was perfect. Cozy, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen where we cooked meals every day. Both bedrooms were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were great—honestly, we felt right at home. But the real magic was the time we spent outside. We fell in love with all the animals—my kids (13 and 9) were obsessed and didn’t want to leave. They spent hours feeding bananas to Sandy the camel, giving the peels to Hazel the pig, hanging out with Cinnamon and Sugar the ponies, cuddling kittens and bunnies, and visiting with Boots the sheep. We even got to meet a baby zebra named Maisie! Watching my kids completely unplug, just being kids and not looking at screens, was probably the best part of the trip for me. We also took a couple of great day trips—Niagara Falls is just about an hour away, and Letchworth State Park was an awesome spot for hiking and exploring nature. One of the most special moments was one evening when we lit a fire outside and ended up hanging out with the family staying in the other barn. Amanda and her family came by too, and we all just sat under the stars together—it was one of those simple, unforgettable nights. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend Dell Collective enough. Whether it’s this barn or any of their properties, we’d tell all our friends to go. It’s truly a special place.

Stay at the Highbanks at the West Barn

Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another visit.
