'We loved being in the heart of the city! Perfect amount of space, great kitchen amenities, super easy check in and excellent communication with the property management company. 'Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. So wie in der Objektbeschreibung beschrieben. Zu Fuß (Strand und Promenade, Hafen, Rambla und Altstadt) und mit der Metro ist alles erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Wir 8 Personen hatten eine sehr schöne Tour gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert.'

'Though brief we were close to many areas of Barcelona that made this a great location. You walk out the door and already in the small streets of the Gothic quarter which made it easy to try lots of the great food places. Place had everything we needed to rest and recoup from exploring the city.'

'This property was in pristine condition, and all rooms were comfortably furnished. 'My sister and I came to Barcelona via a cruise ship. The property manager met us and helped us with our embarrassing amount of luggage. We didn’t know there were 2 flights of stairs so he helped us bring our luggage into the apartment. The location was in the middle of everything in Barcelona!! Right next to the Gothic Quarter and the Marina. We got “lost” in the area and loved it!The apartment was incredible! 'All went well. The outdoor space was nice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had what we needed. Only downside was the washer/ dryer. One cycle took many hours and not completely dry when finished so we hung our clothing on the laundry rack that was provided. This location was close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. '

'Downtown location was ideal. It was a bit noisy through the night with crowds walking up and down the street until the morning hours. The windows open up to the street below, but don’t keep the sound out. Our other issue was the power outages. We couldn’t use the dishwaher and the laundry at the same time. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. 'First visit to Barcelona family of four with adult kids - and the space was perfect home base for our visit. There was even a Christmas tree in the lobby of the apartment which was wonderful. Spaces were good and the foyer area was very large which was such a bonus for storing coats, shoes extra bags etc. We all had our own space which is such a bonus when traveling with adult kids. "De kamer was schoon en netjes. Onze kamer met balkon keek uit op de Ramblas. Hier werd druk gewerkt waardoor er veel hard geluid was. Wanneer de ramen dicht zaten merkten we hier niets van en was het heerlijk rustig in de kamer. Prima bedden en een goese douche. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. "
