'I loved how nice my room was. If I could give it 10 stars I would. So clean. Loved the walk in shower. Bed was comforty. I also felt very safe.'

'Dead bugs and cobwebs all over the room, feels and smells damp. Didn't feel safe at all as 2 young women. The one lock on the door offers zero real security. There's gaps all around the doors. I Paid almost $400 for two nights but only stayed for one hour. I asked for a partial refund on my way out and the manager said I would have to contact Expedia (which sounded like BS since I didn't pay through Expedia). Expedia contacted them to ask for a refund and then the manager denied it.'

'The hot tub jets were not working due to the knob missing from the timer. I was told it goes missing often and they have issues keeping it on the timer. I'm sad for the hotel that people are just rude and feel the need to destroy things.'

'could not stay because the place was dirty and the toilet seat was not attached and it smelled. Could not get my money back because I booked through Expedia. I'm hopeful they can my money back otherwise I won't be able to use them anymore.'
