The Space:

You step onto a shaded porch, the scent of oak mingling with a gentle Gulf breeze, and hear the soft rustle of leaves as you settle into the spacious yard. Sunlight filters through the canopy, inviting you to linger over coffee or a sunset barbecue while the city’s vibrant energy waits just minutes away. Inside, each of the six thoughtfully decorated units offers a private retreat where comfort and togetherness flow naturally.



Sleeping arrangements

Duplex One – Unit A: two bedrooms, each with a queen bed; a third queen bed topped with a single bunk above and a single trundle below, sleeps eight.

Duplex One – Unit B: two bedrooms, one queen with a single trundle underneath, the other a queen, sleeps five.

Duplex Two – Unit C: one bedroom with a queen and a single trundle underneath, sleeps three.

Duplex Two – Unit D: one bedroom with a queen and a single trundle underneath, plus a living‑room sleeper sofa with a pull‑out queen, sleeps five.

Single‑Family House – Unit E: three bedrooms, a king bed, two rooms of bunk beds (four single beds total), and a second set of bunk beds (four queen beds), sleeps fourteen.

Single‑Family House – Unit F: two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a living‑room sleeper sofa with a pull‑out queen, sleeps six.

The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
