Great location close to I-10, but too close. The backyard is separated from I-10 by just a brick wall. Lots of interstate noise all day (and all night) long. Very difficult to sleep in the master bedroom hearing semi trucks and crotch rockets zooming by all night. The interstate noise even made it difficult to have conversations out by the pool. We were very disappointed at the pool maintenance. We got there and the water level was way below the top step and the level of the skimmer filters. Lots of debris in the bottom of the pool. The pool maintenance company came on day 3 or 4 and turned the pool water green. On day 5 they added a bunch of water to the pool via an auto-filler and then the pool water was too cold to enjoy. We stayed here a week and only were able to use the pool twice. The house has potential to be great for a large family, but it just appears to have a serious lack of care. Some switches were labled, but the ones that weren’t we had no idea what they were for. Had no idea how to get pool lights turned on. Cornhole was a joke. One board was leaning up against the side of the house and totally delaminated. No idea where the other board or the corn bags were. No hammock. No instructions for the Green Egg. Somewhat dated/grungy towels and bed linens. Two different air conditioners could not keep the house temperature constant. We were either too hot or too cold, and temperature varied significantly from room to room. This was our last time to rent from I-Trip.

Still lots of debris in pool at the end of our stay.

The house was perfect..this place was so beautiful and cleaned .our weekend getaway was perfect. The pool was clean. I would surely rent this again in the future..Loved this place , my husband didn’t get to come he wasn’t feeling good, so maybe we can do a min Anniversary weekend together it in October. We loved it ……

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay. Our family had the most relaxing and enjoyable time, and this home truly exceeded our expectations.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and inviting everything was. The huge kitchen area made group meals a breeze, and the cozy living room gave us plenty of space to unwind together. We especially loved the game room—it added an extra layer of fun to our stay and kept everyone entertained.The outdoor area was a dream, with ample space to lounge, play, and soak up the sun in the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our vacation. This home made it feel extra special.

The inside of the home was good. It was a great size for our family. The kitchen was really big. Laundry room was great. The master bedroom was very nice but needs a dresser or something to put your holding clothes in. ( just something I would like.) The outside of the house needs some love. Lots of poison ivy growing around, weeds were tall everywhere and the landscaping needs some attention. But the pool really needs some work. When we got there on Friday the pool looked great. A few leaves but no algae. The hose was on but we did turn it off before bed. But by Sunday the algae was beginning to grow and the water was dropping. So we turned the water back on for a little bit. Pretty much everyday. But by Thursday we didn’t even get in the pool. It was very green. The location of the house is ok it does backup to the interstate but that wasn’t bad.

This place is wonderful! We were in town for a graduation, and had six adults, one child, and one dog with us, and everyone had plenty of room to themselves. The rooms were clean and well-stocked for visitors, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were private, and the kitchen was big. The pool area was beautiful, and we all enjoyed the pool itself. There was a nice fire pit out back, too. We did have a couple of issues, but the owners were quick to answer me and did their best to make sure we were satisfied with the solutions. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and there were no issues with any of the neighbors. It is convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were in Pensacola. Keep in mind that this property backs up to I-10 so there is road noise but unless you want complete quiet outside, it's very doable. You cannot hear the traffic when you are inside.We will definitely return to this property the next time we all get together again in Pensacola. We 100% recommend it!

Nice house

The house was cleaned but could tell it wasn’t cleaned recently. The pool was full of leaves and the skimmers were full of leaves making it hard for the water to circulate. My husband spent 2 hours cleaning out all the leaves with the net. Other than that the house is very nice and convenient to a lot. We would definitely stay again but i would just suggest a fresh clean right before someone checks in and pool kept up.

It was very dissappointing the dirty and filthy. The big pool was filthy, so not able to use it. The outdoor area was filthy, trash was full, looks like the place was not cleaned. The entire place had rat poop all over, the smell was awful. The carpets were old and moldy. Truly dissappointed with such a big house how it is not well maintained. Definetly recommend to do a deep clean, pest control for rats. Th

Great Large Family Home

Property was exceptional. The layout was perfect for large families. We had our adult children and their children and everyone had a comfortable and private area. The extra large family spaces made it easy to visit in multiple locations. The kitchen’s appliances were perfect for meals for many and the ice machine, AMAZING! Location was great for in town holiday, in NE Pensacola yet convenient to downtown. You don’t need to head to the beach for water fun w a gorgeous, private pool in the backyard. Highly recommend and will return to this property again and again!

Great place for Thanksgiving

Wonderful spot, kids got some pool time before the weather turned. We had plenty of room for kids and adults. Had Thanksgiving dinner with everyone. Had two things to report about house; 1) bottom seal on refridgerator needs to bereplaced. 2) bathroom flooring came up by commode.

Not to customer focused

Our family was significantly impacted by hurricanes Helene and Milton that prevented the majority of our family from attending. When I inquired about getting a refund I was told since neither Hurricane impacted the rental there would be no refund Not very customer focused but all about the profit. Three family members did ultimately stay at the rental. During the first night one family member discovered an active water leak near the master bedroom. A plumber was required to fix the leak. A hole was cut into the wall to fix a leaking water line. The hole remained along with a mess and a fan to dry out the water damaged floor. Not what we would expect from well managed property. Finally the house didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned from the last renter. Several areas, including the living area and the grilling area weren’t clean. Overall a disappointing experience.

The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but we encountered several serious issues that overshadowed our stay. Some of the interior doors didn’t open and close properly, which was inconvenient. Worse, the house had a noticeable roach infestation, and the floors were dirty upon arrival. Roaches even got into our belongings, which was incredibly stressful as we were in the middle of getting ready for a wedding and didn’t have time to stop and take pictures. When we reached out to the property manager about the roach issue and requested even a partial refund, they refused, saying that we didn’t provide pictures. Given the circumstances, this was very disappointing. While the house is lovely, the combination of the infestation, dirty floors, and poor management response means I can’t recommend this property.

Nicely styled home

We loved the house except the floors were filthy, socks and barefoot were not an option. The only mop in the house was swiffer wet pads, which explains the cleanliness. This property would be amazing had it been maintained and cleaned. The kitchen cabinets are all loose, refrigerator door handles loose. The master shower leaked and wouldn’t dry due to water being held under the tile floor. Water also appears to be coming through the wall in the master by the door on the other side of the shower. The managing company was notified.

Great Home in a Great Location

Just like the pictures. Kids had a great time. Only issues was there was a faulty toilet which I notified the property management about. The pool was hard to keep clean with all of the leaves that kept falling. It would have been perfect if the pool was heated or had a solar cover to keep it warm.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is perfect. Stocked with plenty of cookware, towels, soap… everything you need. Back yard is so relaxing. Plenty of space to spread out. Great location. Comfortable beds and furniture. Definitely on our list of places to stay!

Perfect getaway

This house is the perfect place for multi-generational family gatherings. It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood centrally located near the Pensacola beaches, many hiking trails and just off of I-10. We will definitely be back!

Great for Large Family

We rented this beautiful home over Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding. Originally we were going to rent a place on the beach but decided not due to it being hurricane season. The backyard Beach BBQ home ended up being a great alternative. The home is beautiful as pictured and very spacious. The whole family enjoyed the game room and the pool the most. (We would have enjoyed the backyard area more if the night lighting worked.) The endless hot water allowed us all to shower with no delays which was very nice when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. The MB shower was a big hit. The kitchen/dining, outside seating and grilling areas are perfect places for home cooked meals. The only downside for cooking was there was plenty of cookware for stove top cooking but very limited for baking/roasting. There were also no grilling utensils. We figured this was due to the place being new and will change with time. The house is custom/unique with one small draw back. The flooring in the LR and MB is multi level which is not the best for all. The LED lighting helped and would be nice at the front entrance to LR. Overall, we would not live here because I10 overpass is at the edge of the backyard but we would definitely stay here again and recommend for others. The I10 traffic is heard some outside but not inside. We did not go to the beach but it is not very far away with easy access. One really cannot beat the overall amenities offered by this home.
