Heated Pool, Game Room, Everything Packed for You

Welcome to the Northpointe Pool House, a family home in Pensacola with a private pool out back, an arcade in
the garage, and a hosting habit our guests can't stop writing about.
Here's the part they mention most, and it isn't the pool.

WE ALREADY PACKED FOR YOU
Pool floats and every pool toy you can think of. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and backpack coolers, ready
to load in the car. Hairdryer, fans, first aid kit, Ziploc bags, soap. Coffee and creamer, waffle mix and syrup, and
cookies waiting at the coffee bar when you walk in. A closet of toys for the kids.
One guest said it better than we could: "If you forget something, chances are they already have it."
Unpack once. Your vacation starts the minute you walk in the door.

THE POOL IS THE WHOLE TRIP
Open the French doors and the in-ground pool is right there, fully fenced, completely private, and yours alone
for the week. Float all afternoon. Grill on the covered sundeck. When the sun goes down the pool lights come on
and the backyard becomes, in one guest’s words, "an oasis with lights." Most of our families never leave.

HEATED POOL:
From November on, we can heat the pool by request for $25 a night, so the backyard stays yours to swim in straight through the cool months. Let us know 24 - 48 hours before your arrival and we will get it heated for you.


THE GAME ROOM
The garage is now a game room with arcade-style Pac-Man and a gaming setup. It's the first place the kids run
when they walk in, and the reason you get to drink your coffee while it's still hot.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE
Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six. The king bedroom has a four-poster bed and its own ensuite bath. Two
queen bedrooms share the second full bath. Stretch out in the big living room, or slip into the sunroom off the
kitchen, where French doors look out over the pool. It's a shaded spot to sit with a book while everyone else
swims.
Guests keep telling us it looks "exactly like the pictures, but much bigger in person."

WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE
We're not on Pensacola Beach, and we won't pretend to be.
The sugar-white sand is an easy 16.1 miles away, about a 26-minute drive. What you get instead is a quiet, established neighborhood with no crowds, no resort noise and no downtown traffic, plus your own pool to come home to.
Walmart is about 5 minutes away, with a long list of restaurants just as close.
One guest summed up the trade honestly: "coming back to a private pool and a spacious house after a day at the beach made it completely worth it."

FAMILIES ARE WELCOME HERE
Most of our guests are families with children, and the pool toys, beach toys and toy closet are here because we
mean it. Please note that the pool sits open within the fenced backyard and there is no lifeguard on site. A
responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
