Description
Welcome to our home, Sea’scape, located in the perfect spot in Pensacola Beach less than a minute from the white sand! There is beach access diagonally across from our yard that leads to a seemingly endless stretch of uncrowded beach and sugar white sand. You can enjoy gulf views throughout the house! In addition to the fantastic beach access, you're just a couple of streets away from the Sound to the North and Baby Beach. We are conveniently located near Pensacola Beach Elementary off Via De Luna, so you're still within walking distance or a quick bike ride to numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. The trolley stops are also nearby (one is at Avenida 17) and can take you up and down the main strip during peak seasons. The area is a friendly, quiet neighborhood perfect for walking and biking.
When you step inside our home, you're greeted by a spacious and open living area, dining area, and kitchen. Out the doors you'll see the Gulf waters just across the street! The living area boasts comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming apps (Disney, Hulu, and Netflix logins included). A seating area is nestled in front of the glass doors to sit and relax, while you take in the gulf views. At the front of the home there is a large deck, perfect for listening to the waves or catching one of the Blue Angels’ Beach Buzzes overhead! There is seating for 10 at the dining table, with additional chairs to squeeze if needed, and additional seats at the island. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a spice drawer and the basics you need to prepare your meals. Whether you’re planning to do a boil or prepare a special meal, you should find everything you need! Included are appliances such as an air fryer, crock pot, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc. A starter supply of coffee (both grinds and K-cups), creamer, and sugar is provided. Off the main living space there are two wings, one to the East and another to the West, each housing bedrooms and bathrooms.
Through the eastern wing doorway, there is a full bathroom, a full size washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. Some of the amenities provided include a blow dryer, steamer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, stain treaters, and detergent. We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A starter supply of makeup wipes and black makeup washcloths are provided. Starter amounts of toilet paper will be in each bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The front bedroom features a fabulous, comfortable King bed and a Smart TV with water views out both windows. The other bedroom in this wing has two Queen beds, a Smart TV, and more views of the gulf!
Through the western wing doorway, there is another full bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds and Smart TVs, and the front bedroom has more water views! The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the same amenities to make your stay more convenient.
There is a fifth bedroom in the northwest corner, off of the living area. This room has two sets of bunk beds, each with a Twin bed on top and Full bed on the bottom. Please note the upper bunks have a weight limit of 175 pounds. The room also has its own Smart TV as well. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a large tub and shower combo and double vanity.
At the rear of the home, through large glass doors, is another deck and stairs leading down to the covered area and pool. Outdoors is a true oasis! The entirety is fenced in with gated access at the rear and front of the property. The star of the show is our brand-new 30’ pool, which can be heated for a daily fee of $75. There’s a sun ledge perfect to keep cool while catching some rays, or for little ones to play. The pool has a large shallow end to hang out and is 5’ in the deep end. Around the pool you’ll find ample seating, sun loungers, and a beautiful new lawn to run and play. Perhaps you’ll want to enjoy a game of corn hole, or hang out around the fire pit. If the sun isn’t your thing, enjoy our covered seating area, which is part of the enclosed pool area. For families with little ones, you can see the pool from the seating area to supervise from the shade. There are picnic tables to enjoy a meal downstairs, and to every BBQ master’s delight, a XXL Green Egg and a gas grill (natural gas, plumbed line). Perfect to prepare a feast for your whole crew! Charcoal is not provided for the Green Egg, but delivery can be arranged from our local Ace. Finally, the downstairs features a large rinse-off shower that connects both to the pool area and the driveway.
There is a storage room downstairs next to the entry that holds everything you need to make the most of your beach stay. We provide the following:

One thing we believe sets us apart is that we try to make your whole stay turn-key. When we visit, we have to fly, and bringing all of the gear or renting it is both a hassle and costly. So we try to make our home as convenient as possible with that in mind! Our only request is that you treat our home and amenities as your own and take care of them. If there are any issues, please let us know. We are self-managed and highly responsive hosts that will problem solve quickly!
