The ground floor includes a garage stocked with all kinds of beach gear, beach bikes, and an additional fridge. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for that post beach rinse.

This home is in a cul-de-sac neighborhood with a dedicated path in the sand to the beach! It comes with a beach cart, chairs and an umbrella. Your toes are in the sand in less than 1 minute when walking from the house! Beach access across the street to warm sand and turquoise water of the Gulf. The balconies have views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets and sunrises.

There is a Trolley stop at the end of the street by the next corner. It is a free ride around the beach to bars, restaurants and entertainment.

There is a Ring doorbell, for your safety and security this camera will remain on.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

House Rules
Renters must be 25+years of age.
No Pets
No Smoking/Vaping (this includes balconies and patio)
No Events or Parties
A quick check-in tour is required on your arrival day to go over property rules.

Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.

A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
