« A very warm welcome, and Ann, the proprietor, was very helpful and friendly. Room was very well furnished and presented beautifully- perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfast as well. Can’t think of anything to improve on. We will return whenever we need to stay over anywhere near Penrith. »

« The room was spacious and clean. The cooked breakfast was well presented, hot and filling, particurally after avert varied choice of cereals,fruit and yoghurt. The owners were interested in what we were doing and ensured we had the best experience that they could offer. »
