The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. Quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants… one comment or suggestion might be to laminate some instructions and place near some of the appliances. We did not know that they would be in the binder on the table and had to bother the host. Otherwise - we had a group of 6 girls for a fun weekend and everyone was very satisfied with their stay.
