The rear parking area leads to the covered main entry off the west side of the home. A spacious foyer leads to a beautiful great room, with a stunning decorative stone fireplace, comfortable living room furniture, flat screen Smart TV, and a magnificent view of the lake! A lovely deck stretches across the lakeside of the home, and features plenty of furniture for lounging, and a large awning that can be used to provide shade during the warmer months. Straight ahead from the foyer is a half bath, and the staircase to the second level. To the left of the foyer is a spacious dining room, which offers a dining table with extendable sections for additional seating if needed. The kitchen is just off the dining room, and features upscale appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops.
In the back of the kitchen is the staircase that leads to the lower level bedroom & rec room. A queen bed is available, as well as two full futons, and a flat screen TV. French doors lead out to the covered porch and patio with a new 4-5 person hot tub, just steps from the lake! A full bathroom with a shower is located in the rear.
The second floor of the home features three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite is to the right at the top of the stairs, and offers stunning views of the lake and a king size bed, as well as a flat screen TV, walk in closet, and a spacious bedroom with shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. To the left of the stairs are two bedrooms featuring queen beds, and a full bathroom at the end of the hall with a shower/tub.
'At The Lake' lives up to its' name with amazing lake frontage as well. Just a few steps lead to 50 feet of natural, pebble beach. The water depth is gradual and features a sandy bottom, great for children of all ages. A seasonal dock is available for mooring a boat, and two sets of stand up paddleboards are available for guests' enjoyment.
A free public park is just down the street within walking distance, and features a large playground, swimming area, and a shaded pavilion for enjoying picnic style meals. At the other end of the street is Seneca Farms, a local favorite for ice cream. At The Lake is just minutes from several wineries, and only a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 40 lbs each allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
