'The groundskeepers were extremely hospitable and accommodating. Huge kudos for making our stay extra special. Make sure to pack your long sleeve bathing suits sun out here is extra bright.'

'The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.'

'Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. This made the experience extra special and effortless. We have never felt more relaxed on a holiday. We are a family of 5 Aussies with three young daughters.
