« Literally a few steps from the beach and 3 pools. Big shopping mall across the street with a grocery store, pharmacy and souvenir shops. Convenience store right next door.The condo has everything you need to cook your own meals. This is a gated community and feels very safe. Georgina was quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely recommend. »

« Our stay was incredible! The house was perfect for our group of 16. There are plenty of places to hang out as a big group and space to go off on your own and have some alone time. The beach was a little hard to access, so we ended up spending more time at the house which was fine since it's very beautiful and private. The food was amazing and overall we're so happy with our experience! »

« I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with 9 dear friends for my bachelorette party just before getting married in Playa del Carmen! We are a group of women in our 30s and loved relaxing at the house and exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants! We also loved cooking together at the house and truly appreciated the amazing hospitality of the host! The large screened in porch area outside the kitchen upstairs was a wonderful spot to spend time together! »

« This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. The previous reviews helped a lot...bring water shoes is the biggest! We meet a wonderful neighbor that shared some great informant as well and we felt so welcome. 10/10...

« Other than the heavy presence of sargassum and the strong undertow, which limited swimming in the ocean, our stay was wonderful. We've learned this happens around this time of year, so we will simply plan around it next time. We took our 3 kids with their significant others (ages 21-27) and everyone had their own space. « We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. Daniel was quick to respond and very professional. Highly recommend. »

"One of the best hotels I have ever been to, the food is incredible, the beach and the pool are great, the room is clean and very well suited, the staff is very friendly and hospitable, the sights are beautiful (the mini river, the animals, the residences, the beach, etc.)
