« This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

« Beautifull, quiet location. Very close to main city, St-John's and surrounded by magnificient walking trails. Way better than staying at a hotel for 3 weeks. We had all we needed to fell at home and whatever was missing Eileen and Glen provided. They even went above and beyound to purchase and install a new BBQ to replace the one that was not working. Could not have asked for better hosts. »

« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particuliĂšrement difficiles (on doit circuler Ă  travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accĂšs Ă  un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© mais a besoin d’ĂȘtre rafraĂźchi et rĂ©novĂ© (le bĂ©ton des marches du long escalier est Ă  rĂ©parer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriĂ©taires auraient avantage Ă  laisser un petit cahier...

« Wonderful neighborhood. About a 40 minute walk to downtown St. John’s which we loved. Spacious rental. While I had difficulty setting up a VRBO account to communicate with the property manager, I was able to communicate with people places and things through my email. The host was so kind and gracious and wanting to make sure that all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area. »

« Excellent location within a quick walk of the downtown core. Easy check-in. Dedicated parking a plus. Very clean (always appreciated). Unique 3-story layout (embrace the stairs). Open concept entry/living room and kitchen area would be great for entertaining. Old-fashioned style bathtub is great for a sit down bath but a little challenging for a shower. Would definitely rebook. »
