Tede Warft 1 is a high-quality holiday home and cottage in a renovated thatched Frisian house (2016) on the Klostermitteldeich, secluded on a large plot with ponds and meadows. Covering 110 m², it offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one on the ground floor, one on the gallery with an open attic and bathtub. Open-plan living and dining area with fireplace, modern kitchen and large windows. The sauna in the former chicken coop is a private retreat – peace, space and pure nature.

Surroundings
The Warft is secluded on a 2.2-hectare property with ponds and natural meadows – a quiet retreat near the North Sea. The journey there is an experience in itself: you drive through a gate and then about a kilometre along the dyke past sheep that calmly step aside – a unique welcome that can only be found here. Tede Warft is the only house on Pellworm located directly on the dyke. Nevertheless, the harbour, island centre, lighthouse and spontaneous island life are easily accessible by bicycle. The location invites you to go on mudflat tours, walks across the salt marshes or enjoy a stylish day of rest with a view of the countryside.
