'Thank you for a wonderful stay in Pebble Beach. The home was beautiful with an excellent view and all the amenities we needed. We had a glitch with the coffee maker. It happens. Ashley who was the property manager immediately sent someone over to troubleshoot it and brought a second coffee maker with her. We thought that service was excellent. 'The house is a bit outdated. There is no WiFi even though in the booking , it states that there is. A lot of bugs and spiders randomly around the house. The location is amazing, the neighborhood is amazing. '

We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside...
