'Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved...

'Rooms smelled bad'

'There is no pool and Nothing for breakfast...and they wont allow a refund even if you have 3 days booked u cant cancel any days they MAKE u stay horrible. They have an extended stay amd there were a lot of men around....will NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. Also beds on poles my husband is 6'4 300 lbs didnt feel secure on bed we were afraid to sleep in same bed.'

'Hotel was nice but the floors were sticky in our room, and we asked for extra pillows but the staff said they didn’t have any to offer. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall fine for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.'

'Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...
