« 1. Room was absolutely sparkling clean - towels, bed linen, floors, table chairs - all very clean
2. Dinner was very good, breakfast was ok.
3. Service was excellent - gentleman at reception was very efficient and kind.

« we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available. »
