'We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. 'This place was awesome and we would stay again! It was very clean -- kitchen surfaces, floors, beds, bathrooms all looked great. We loved the 3 floors, 2 balconies & stocked kitchen supplies. It's nice that the kitchen is open to the rest of the floor so everyone feels together during food prep. Beach supplies are also there (chairs, umbrellas). The community is nice and has everything you need (restaurants, coffee, mercado) very close. The view is beautiful and we listened to the sounds of the...
