« We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap. »

« Still don't know how Expedia managed to call what we rented "3 ROOMS" when they were clearly three FLATS. There was room for 15 for the 5 of us (we oriiginally reserved 7 but 2 of our guests bailed. thought that was a waste of our money. »
