'When we go to Juneau, we ALWAYS stay here. The rental is clean, quiet, and and pet friendly. The rental is well stocked with dishes, and a comfy couch to rest upon. The bed is great, and if you happen to get cold at night, there are lots of warm toasty blankets to be had. Like I said at the start, we always stay here. If we ever had a problem, upon contacting Kelli and her staff, the situation has been resolved asap. Come on down :) it's worth it.'

'Unfortunately, our stay at Grandma’s House in Juneau was far from what we expected, and there were enough issues that I would not recommend this property.The property itself also had several concerns. We were told by the locals the house is in a serious flood zone and floods yearly due to glacier-related flooding including the time we booked it in July/Aug so that was a constant worry. The house is also located on a busy street, and traffic noise was significant. There were visible maintenance...
