I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. 'Well equipped condo in a very convention location! The condo had everything we needed and is a reasonable drive to sites around the White Mountains. The property owner was very easy to reach and we had good comms throughout our stay.'

There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer!
