'Overall, it was a bed to sleep on, but we were unimpressed with the level of cleanliness we witnessed. Our rooms bathroom had someone's hair in the tub, on the towel rack, stains on the furniture and walls. All things that can easily be cleaned if extra effort was put in and a thorough cleaning was done. The building is in definite need of upkeep and repairs. It is very run down looking. The front desk staff wasn't rude or anything like that, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming either....

A little pricy for the overall quality of the amenities and food - $21 breakfast buffet was less than many included hotel breakfasts, pontoon boat tour guide was excellent but seats were ripped, lack of useable outlets in rooms doesn't reflect current need for charging phones etc.'

'The property is quiet， spacious，and fully equipped with all the essentials needed for comfortable stay. The host was prompt to respond and even let us check in early for the stay. The property also has kayak boat and paddle board for outdoor fun, there’s never a dull moment. I would highly recommended to all friends and family members!'

'Overall it was a very dissapointing visit to the JW Marriott LR. This is certainingly not a premium experience of a JW. The property is tired and in need of a renovation. The food selection and quality was quite poor and very expensive. I don't mind paying the higher cost, however when the quality is poor, it does not feel good. The hotel also seemed to be quite understaffed in the restaurants and reception. Front desk check-in took almost twenty minutes with only 3 check-in stations, which is...
