The villa features an open-plan living area with built-in sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and all essential small appliances. There are two bedrooms with built-in king-size beds ensuring restful sleep and en-suite bathrooms, both opening onto private sea-view verandas. One bedroom functions as an independent suite, complete with its own kitchenette, small fridge, workspace, extra living space with built-in sofas, providing comfortable accommodation for two additional guests (in single beds) and private entrance, allowing it to be fully separated from the main house. Please note that the veranda door is equipped with a lock, offering independent access from the rest of the residence.

The villa is located in a tranquil coastal area on the southeastern side of Paros, within 500 m (a 5-minute walk) of Golden Beach (Chrysi Akti), one of the island’s most renowned beaches, famous for its golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and ideal conditions for swimming and windsurfing.
The charming seaside village of Drios is just 2 km away, offering a small picturesque harbor, featuring the ancient ships’ dock,excellent tavernas, cafés, and a laid-back local vibe. Daily necessities are conveniently close within a few minutes walk.
Nearby, guests can also enjoy New Golden Beach (Tserdakia) (approx. 1 km), another vibrant yet spacious beach, ideal for wind surfing and kite surfing.
