This comfortable villa of 120 m2 can be an ideal place for your perfect vacation. Consisting of a ground floor and one upper floor, it can host up to 6 visitors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a TV and a double sofa-bed, a big table where you can have your meal, a wide kitchen fully equipped (automatic dishwasher, filter coffee machine, boiler, refrigerator, toaster, iron, a laundry machine) and a small WC/shower. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (each one of 2 single beds), with a balcony, a spacious veranda and a bathroom. There is a nice outside area on the ground floor, equipped with a big table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or just relax. It has a Wi-Fi connection and it is fully air-conditioned. There is also a basement of 60 m2.
Also for 2024 there is a state tax of 10€/night per house that you pay by arrival.
