'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. In itself that's understandable, but upon checking out, instead of deducting this from the amount that was due, I had to pay the full amount due on top of this, with the promise...

'The room was dpacious and super clean, the staff lovely and the breakfast very complete and fresh with vegan options. However the pressure was low in the shower, and the street very noisy. So it was a bit loud at night, but at least we had a wonderful view on the trees in front of the hotel.'
