'Grotto Bay is a very nice hotel and it is close to the airport. The food was really good. The staff were all very nice. It has a nice area on the side for snorkeling with loads of small fish. The hotel could use a little updating, the bathrooms are small, the floor in the room is kind of dirty, but it’s a beach hotel, so it’s not that bad. They could use some variation of the menu at the outside bar. It’s the only option you have for lunch there, so so e specials of the day would be nice. ...

This service extended from the bell stand to housekeeping and to the many waitstaff members we encountered each day. 'It was the perfect stay for my wife and me during our 5 day stay. Food was amazing, our room was really nice and vibrant in a good way. The location made it really easy to explore Hamilton and be close to bus routes to spend the day at the beautiful beaches.'

'It's rare to stay in a resort where the owner genuinely cares about the guests, visiting tables at dinner, the bar late in the afternoon, and even a manager's cocktail hour. When you check in there's a nice touch - "Welcome Mr. & Mrs. Smith - Toronto, Canada - Happy Anniversary" - or "welcome back". No wonder many of these names had double digit number of visits beside their names. We love the Reefs. Thank you!'

'The property is very far away from a lot of main attractions. The front desk staff was not helpful at all and there was no running water for two entire days and the only option was offered was to take a shower by the pool. I also put the do not disturb sign on my door, but housekeeping and the water boy continued to knock multiple times and open my door despite the sign. The water boy even opened my door attempting to get in saying I am dropping the water, thank God I had the lock and chain on...

'Great ocean view rooms and 3 great beaches with 5 restaurants and good food. A little distance from Hamilton and St Georges about an hour. But very relaxing !'

'The resort was quiet and views outstanding. Restaurants, ferry boat, grocery store, busstop within a 10-min walk. Free shuttle van convenient to these areas plus to the beaches.'
