« I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés.
One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. »

« Booked this hotel for 2 nights after reviewing the 9.0 star reviews, however it was a disappointing stay for us. One of the queen beds had a significantly torn/almost shredded bedsheet that were still placed on the bed as per the standard (there's no way that the ripped portions in the middle of the sheets could have been missed by anyone when they're put on).
Good thing was that they promptly offered a clean set when we notified the front desk.
Room overall was not cleaned. The bedsheets...

« Arrivé tardive, réception H24 c'est vrai , on nous donne une chambre Non fumeurs qui en faite est un cendrier géant! horrible, le soir même réclamations ; Le matin réveille en fanfare car quelqu'un a déclenché l'alarme incendie (très violent comme alarme impossible de ne pas l'entendre) le lendemain après avoir réexpliqué le souci on nous change de chambre. Nouvelle chambre ne sent rien si ce n'est bon ^^ cool, juste un problème électrique qui sera réparer plus tard le lendemain (pas rapide)...
