You get to wake up to the clopping of the horse drawn buggies and go to bed with the singing of the bugs! You are right in Amish county proper. « 1. the grass was very high, front and back; more than one week of growth2. weeds were so tall in the garden areas, you could see them in the window of the kitchen - overgrown backyard garden areas3. pool was draining water and the pump ran non-stop; David asked us to pull the hose from the rack down to the pool and turn on the water. His handyman never came and we had to turn off the water when we got back home late at night. The pool was low again the next day and the pump was running again.4....

« Everything was great until a severe storm hit the area. The power went out for the multiple neighborhoods, there was flooding in the streets, trees fell all over the place, and there was nothing anyone could do. The place is lovely though and so was the host. I would stay there again, weather permitting. »
