False Advertising
This property is not what is listed and there should be laws against this. We rented this unit because it was close to the Deer Valley St Regis where we had a formal wedding to attend in July. The unit listed that it had central air and an iron. We arrived from the airport and had to contact someone to get our unit number. The until did not have central air, nor an iron, nor even a closet with hangers to hang our suitcase folded clothes in. What rental doesn't have a place to hang your clothes? The unit smelled of sulfur, something in the unit kept me sneezing, there were no tissues, and there was no window in the bedroom to open. There was only one window in the living room with a screen and it was torn. Without AC in the summer, it was unbearable to sleep. We would have never chosen to stay here without AC and an iron. The property manager said we would be refunded for what the unit was missing. His amount was 12% of what we paid. Again, we would never have rented the unit in the first place. I feel like I was robbed. And all Vrbo/Vacasa could say was "I'm sorry".
