'I stayed with my family last July 2026 for a college visit. Everything was great.
The only issue I faced was a malfunctioning/broken iron table, which was quite unstable becoming a high risk chance for injury when ironing the clothes.
The broken table is in room 426. I recommend the administration to fix/substitute such item before it becomes a liability issue for Hampton Inn.
I think this feedback would be worthy a fair reward, maybe a free night in the hotel?

'We checked into our room and the smell of marijuana was there as soon as we opened the door. The temperature was set to cool at 72 degrees but was very moist, warm & muggy in the room. The carpet was soaking wet under the HVAC unit all the way over to the 1st queen bed. 'I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Not thrilled with the old bathroom and old tub. NO HAIR DRYER??? Are you kidding me?? No phone in room to call down to front desk for one. Had to walk to front desk with wet hair to ask for one only to say they would send one up. For $300 a night, I expected at least a hair dryer.'

'The staff was friendly, especially the woman who checked me in late at night. The room was clean. I really appreciated the cleaning staff coming in on a daily basis! My only complaint was that the a/c unit in my room was quite loud, and being next to the elevator added to the noise level being less than ideal. Also, the safe in my room did not work. I also wish coffee had been provided in the lobby for people who didn’t pay extra for breakfast.'
