The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, tea, and sugar are also provided to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The cozy bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a television, ideal for quiet evenings.

The modern and functional bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer, and a welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. To complete your comfort, the apartment also provides a washing machine, iron, fast Wi-Fi, as well as fresh linens and towels for every guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor and its windows look onto a narrow inner courtyard, facing a wall: there is no view and very little natural light. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* At 23 m² (248 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and space becomes tight.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
* The building is old and its entrance and common areas are not well kept, unlike the inside of the apartment. If the arrival in the building matters to you, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will stay in a quiet spot, steps from Montmartre and a few minutes' walk from Pigalle and Abbesses metro stations, with a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

You’ll be just minutes away from the Sacré-Cœur and its breathtaking views over the city, as well as the Place du Tertre, where artists continue the district’s bohemian spirit. Several bus lines serve the area, and Vélib’ bike-sharing stations let you explore Paris on two wheels. For those traveling by car, public paid parking lots are just a few minutes’ walk away.
