Sumptuous 3 bedrooms Opéra - Lafayette

Stay in a full of character apartment renovated by an architect in a quiet and secure building. This apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris. Theater district, Grévin Museum, Folies Bergères, Grand Rex. Walking distance from the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Opéra Garnier, Centre Pompidou... Lighty and airy, fully equipped (high speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, comfortable duvets). King size beds (separate on request) are made upon arrival. We take care of bed and bathroom linen.

Entirely renovated by architect in 2020, all the equipment is new.
Enjoy high ceiling, ceiling mouldings and very large windows in haussmannien style apartment. Chevron parquet floor, ceiling fan and designer hanging lamps.
The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator, but there's a large staircase with easy steps.

We will be available during all your stay if you need any help or information.
We were born here and like to explore new spots as much as we can ;)
We have two young children.
We can give you some tips for family friendly places in Paris.

This unit was absolutely stunning. Perfect place and layout for me, son and DIL, and grandsons to relax and spread out. Unit was very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris!

We had a wonderful stay. . . .

We had a wonderful stay! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Tons of bakeries, cafes and restaurants to explore. There is also a small grocery store on the corner which we used to keep the basics in the kitchen. The beds were all super comfortable and we all slept great. I enjoyed the convenience of having the washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is a 15 min walk to three different metro lines so getting around the city was super easy and convenient. Thank you to our hosts for a great stay and will definitely be back:)

Wonderful apartment for a holiday in Paris

The apartment is beautiful and has absolutely everything we needed as a family of 5. The location is great, we could walk to most places including the Louvre, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur, seeing lots of Paris on the way. Martin sent us really helpful information about the flat, the area and things to do in Paris. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Amazing apartment and experience!

This was the perfect place for us. Very spacious. We were 3 couples and plenty of room. Easy to get to everything in Paris from this apartment. Great little neighborhood with Cafe's, coffee shops, grocery, bars, restaurants, all right there. The view of the street was the Paris one only dreams of. Charlotte and Martin were awesome to work with. So helpful, full of tips and recommendations, very accommodating. We were first timers to Paris, did not speak French and they made the whole trip so easy. I would highly recommend this place except for when I return again I do not want it to be so popular it is already rented out!

Amazing Apartment!

Our family of 5 just returned from 8 nights in Paris staying in this wonderful apartment. So many good things to say about it. The layout of the apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 young adult kids. When you walk in there is a good size foyer/entry room to drop coats (January in Paris is cold!) and shoes and even an extra suitcase. This room also had a half bathroom (small sink and toilet). The open main living/dining/kitchen room is just as the photos show with beautiful tall ceilings and a comfortable place to land after a day touring. The kitchen was efficient yet had everything we needed for morning coffee and even an evening meal. The main bedroom, with a king bed and private bath, was comfortable and had an efficient closet to store our clothes. The other two bedrooms were roomy enough with comfortable beds and an updated bathroom to share. There is a stacked washer and dryer as well. The apartment is in a beautiful Haussmann-style building. From the street you use the code to enter the building and there is a secondary door to use the key fob to enter into the actual stairwell to the apartment. We felt very safe. For Americans, it is on the third floor with a beautiful winding staircase. There is no elevator. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants, boulangeries, shops on the street. Two Metro stops close by but also close enough to walk to many sites if you are a walker. Communication was great too. Highly recommend!

Spacious, lovely apartment

We were a family with 2 teenagers plus Gramma. The apartment was lovely and offered plenty of space with perfect sleeping quarters and comfortable beds. It was close to a Metro station, grocery 2 doors down, and boulangerie a 5 minute walk. The apartment had every amenity you might need and want. Martin was very responsive and check-in and out was simple.

Wonderful flat, Great location and Lovely Hosts

We stayed for a week with our 3 children. The apt was clean, spacious and as described. Check-in was super easy. We loved the location - great vibe, restaurants, and charm. Most of all, the hosts were responsive and helpful. Our son became ill and they helped us quickly find a doctor to see him at the apartment. Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Martin, for everything.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. The property owner was very easy to work with. Offered to come in mid week to clean! The drain in the hall bath was slow and he came immediately to fix. The location was close to a Metro stop and felt safe. We had all we needed for our week- lots of room and well appointed- even had a washing machine and dryer! Thank you Martin and Charlotte!

Lovely Paris Apartment!

Wonderful Paris Apartment

We loved this apartment. The location was great with a Superette right across the street, a Franprix just a few doors down on the corner, several bistros on the block, and three metro stations (several different lines) within a few blocks. Martin was very accommodating, and stayed in touch to ensure we had all that we needed during our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paris.

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic and spacious apartment. It had all the amenities you could need. The apartment gets tons of natural light, with its large windows and balcony. Though it was warm during our stay in Paris, the unit had several fans which kept the place at a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is busy in the evenings, but is close to restaurants, food markets, and the metro. Martin was very responsive and made the stay easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and would stay here again.

Perfect location to see all of Paris

The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. There is plenty of space and the apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and a grocery store on the corner. We took the metro all over the city as well as walked to many attractions. It was a perfect 10 day vacation!

Spacious pleasant 3 bedroom 2.5 bath in Paris

Great property! It was perfect for our needs. One nice bedroom with ensuite bath on street side and two more bedrooms on opposite side of apartment with bathroom. Modern kitchen and large refrigerator. An important note is that it is a walk up on the second floor. (That's 3rd floor for Americans) With 12 foot ceilings - a lot of steps. Also from the kitchen on one wall of the dining/living room there is a step. It is the same wood as the floor. After being warned about the step, three of us fell. I highly recommend the edge of the step be painted to alert occupants. We hope to stay here again.
