Spacious light-filled apartment in Pantin

We are a French-Mexican couple — one of us works in social sciences, the other studies journalism. We’re both passionate about natural wine and authentic experiences (and would be happy to share our favorite Parisian restaurants with you!).

We are offering our 63m² (680 sq ft) apartment for short-term rental between July 18th and August 8th. The apartment is located in Pantin, right on the Canal de l'Ourcq, just steps away from Paris and the Parc de la Villette.

- A living room (with a convertible sofa bed)
- A separate fully-equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- A separate toilet
- A small entrance hall
- A private 8m² balcony (86 sq ft)

It’s perfect for a couple but can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment is cozy, very quiet, and filled with natural light. Located on the 7th floor with elevator access, the balcony offers beautiful views of the canal and the building’s botanical garden.

The building is a modern residence (1970s), featuring a shared garden and secured with night watch service. Neighbors are respectful, quiet, and discreet.
