This 84m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms, each of them with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.



It is located on the second floor with elevator. Spacious and modern you, will not miss anything: full equipped kitchen, tv with a multitude of channels and internet. The shower room (with bathtub) and toilet are en-suite.



It can accommodate up to six people for a unique experience! Equipped with double glazing, the apartment is very quiet. There are 3 small balconies for you to enjoy!



The Space:

As from 25th July 2025, there is air conditioning in one bedroom and in the living room.



You will find all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay:

Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.



All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!



A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for an additional charge of €40 each for the entire stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a very quiet area, near Parc Monceau which is today one of the most pleasant garden of Paris. A garden both family and romantic.



Getting Around:

Metro line 2 (Courcelles station) is a 3-minutes walk from the apartment. A little further, at 6-minutes walk, you can also take the metro line 3 at Malesherbes. Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bike and electric scooter.

Uber and taxi are also very easy to take.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is as from 16:00 hours.



In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅



Interaction with Guests:

This property is managed by HABITAT PARISIEN, a professional vacation and business rental company. We will take care of your check-in and accompany you during your stay to make it as successful as possible!



Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.



During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.



After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or message.



In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
