Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is a commune in the Seine-Saint-Denis department in the Île-de-France region of France. It is located in the northern suburbs of Paris, 6.6 kilometres from the centre of Paris. The commune was called Saint-Ouen until 2018 when it obtained a name change by ministerial order.

You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. This apartment is within walking distance of the Les Bateliers Bus stop and Mairie de Saint-Ouen commuter station, while Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is just 23.3km away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
