Villa 'Costa Dei Monaci Villas - Tropea' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Seafront villa with access to the private beach below. The charming pergola communicating with the delightful garden overlooking the sea allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Stromboli at sunset.



The Village "Costa dei Monaci" is composed exclusively of private residences. The villa consists of a large living room, masonry kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large paved patio and a 'backyard area for parking 3 cars.



One of the three bedrooms is set up with two single beds that can be combined, so it can be prepared at the guests' discretion either as a double or a twin room.



All rooms in the house are equipped with " Fan Coil " heat pump ( hot / cold ) to be able to air condition the house in all seasons of the year.



In the living room there is a 32 " flat screen LED TV connected to a satellite decoder complete with " Smart Card " to allow free-to-air viewing of all Italian and foreign satellite channels.



In the lovely green planted garden there are deckchairs and chaise-longues for pleasant moments of relaxation.



A brick barbecue is available for guests to prepare tasty grilled dishes.



In both bathrooms there is a masonry shower. A third shower with hot water is located outside at the back of the house.



The villa is equipped with a storage room-laundry room in which there is a washing machine and a second service fridge/freezer.



The house is free of architectural barriers and is perfectly usable even by people with disabilities.



Bed and bath linens (shower, face and hand towels) are provided and are included in the house's amenities.

For cooler evenings, bed blankets and plaids are also provided for guests.



Available to guests inside the Villa, however, is a washing machine, two clotheslines, an ironing board and an iron.



Free wi-fi is prevalent in all rooms of the house.



The Village "Costa dei Monaci" is 4 km from the characteristic Parghelia (5 minutes by car ), 7 km from the renowned Tropea (10 minutes by car), 18 km from Capo Vaticano and 24 km from Pizzo Calabro.



In addition to the bar - restaurant of Lido Fornaci , a few meters from the entrance of the Village directly on the main road, also easily accessible on foot, there is the restaurant pizzeria " Lo Chalet sul mare" which offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Zambrone.

In the nearby characteristic village of Parghelia ( 4 km ) there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and various stores.



The SS 522 is the coastal road that runs along the coast of the renowned "Costa degli Dei" and connects Pizzo Calabro to Capo Vaticano, passing through Zambrone, Parghelia and Tropea.



The evocative and fascinating scenery perceived by the geographical context in which the Costa dei Monaci Village is located offers guests the privilege of being able to spend vacations of tranquility and relaxation in a secluded area compared to the typical tourist density of the renowned surrounding resorts, while being able to reach them in a few minutes by car.



Precisely for this reason, it is recommended that guests have their own car to easily visit all the many surrounding tourist resorts and the beautiful coastline that characterizes the "Costa degli Dei".
