'The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!'

The pool was low of water, had two dehumidifiers with the drain lines running to the pool and not to a drain. The drain areas were all clogged with standing water and brown. Highly unsanitary. 'It was unnerving to use a kiosk to sign in. Fortunately, a maintenance person was there to let me into the bathroom after being on the road for 6 hours! There was difficultly processing my credit card. My room had a double bed instead of a queen or king, which made sleeping very uncomfortable for me and my husband. The shower leaked onto the floor. 'Renovated property, but poorly kept. Stained pillow case, pillow and bed spread. Nasty bathroom, hair all in floor, bathroom floor and tub dirty. Yuck!'

'Near the beach, friendly staff. Problems were solved (sometimes after a reminder). Quality of the breakfast was good. Room was definitely dated. Although clean not in depth. Closer doors were very tired, safe was unresponsive (solved), roaches in the kitchenette (solved), bathroom door stuck and scraped. Staff at the front desk very friendly.'

'Room was modestly clean at best. My room was not refreshed during my stay. Beds were not made and used towels I placed on the floor remained on the floor. Hotel has outdoor room access. I was unable to sleep due to several other hotel patrons outside my room talking loudly and carrying on between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. I was told by staff it was my responsibility to call police to control the situation. I will not stay at another Econo Lodge based on my experience.'
