'Good location but not really Downtown. Older building but remodeled. Rooms and bathroom clean. Because it is an older building you hear noises from rooms above '

'Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place.'

'This is supposed to be a budget 3-star hotel, so be prepared for some of the worst front desk service imaginable. They require a ridiculous $200 per night incidental deposit at a hotel where rooms cost around $80 a night, and to make things worse, their payment terminal doesn’t even support wireless payments. Bring a physical card, or the staff will immediately tell you to cancel your reservation and still charge you 85% of the booking. When you enter your room, don’t be surprised to find trash...

'Nice hotel'

'Property was easily accessible. Rooms were spacious but worn in places and not repaired. The continental breakfast was the best feature. They had a made to order omelet station and a great variety of other items compared to other hotels.'

'The place is decent. Nothing special that makes this place stand out. Don’t mind standing here for the short term.'

'Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card.'

'The carpet in the hotel needs some updated looked very well worn. The office chair in the room should be thrown out - very old and rickety. I asked for towels as they did not clean the room and I was told I had to ask to have the room cleaned -they only clean every 3 days ?!?!? The breakfast was good as it had my favorite donuts !!! Good location for the trolley !!'

'My room didn't have a do not disturb door sign and I didn't have time to ask for one and so I left the room as is and went to my business visits in town but when I returned at the end of the day, I'm assuming room service came into my room and straightened it out a little. My issue is, I do NOT like anyone entering my room with my personal and important business materials laying around. I felt a bit uneasy about that.
