'This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to...

'Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open.'

'Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. Our only issue was with a group of young guests in the room next door who returned around 2:00 am and started making a lot of noise as though they were continuing the party in their room. Unfortunately, I had to get up and ask them to keep the noise down so we could get some sleep. Aside from that disturbance, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.'

'This is basic, but also the smell was disgusting. Every time I walked into my room there was a wall of wet carpet/wet dog smell. What was beyond frustrating was I had to compromise my privacy to get fresh air in there. That is to say, the windows were sealed shut, and the only way to get any air in was have my door open. 'It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Perfect for a quick stay. What really made it a good stay, was the excellent service. The lady in reception was so helpful and so kind. I really enjoyed speaking with her. It is also a fabulous location for the beach and glink tram. I really enjoyed myself'

'Cheap and Central. Hard to complain. Some staff are a bit disinterested in their job but the vast majority are upbeat and positive. Should be noted that the recycling could be better labeled and there's no shower gel provided. At the end of the day, it's a cheap backpackers hostel 5 mins from the beech and I genuinely can't complain tbh. I enjoyed my stay.'
