The one downside was the foam mattress was not comfortable for my husband and it had a plastic cover on it that became damp and sticky during the night. A nice mattress topper would help that. »

Could have installed a bigger water heater as it so small only 1-2 people can take a shower the rest have to wait an hour to get the next group on.
