'The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury.'

'This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

'The hotel is clean. The front desk staff is friendly and polite. Transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around. However, the fact that the front desk and room rates are separate is inconvenient.'

'Heel vriendelijk personeel. We konden onze auto parkeren in een garage onder het gebouw tegen 15 euro/nacht. We hadden de suite geboekt. Prachtige kamer. Kleine verouderde badkamer dit hadden we niet vetwacht voor een suite. Alles wel super netjes. Ontbijt is basic. Bij aankomst doorgeven wat je wil eten en wordt op de kamer gebracht. '

'The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

'Ons vliegtuig had enorme vertraging, daardoor kwamen we s nachts laat aan. Maddelena deed er alles aan om het mogelijk te maken om in te checken (normale check in tot 18 uur), dit in goede samenwerking met de chauffeur van de transfer taxi. De relais ligt op een ideale plek. Tegen het centrum aan en heel dicht bij het Gardameer. Alles is makkelijk lopend te bereiken. De supermarkt vind je om de hoek. De kamer is ruim, met een groot terras. De kamer is leuk ingericht. Het is alleen niet...
