"Parkeren op straat bleek goedkoper te zijn dan hun suggestie om in een parkeergarage te parkeren. Alleen dat was jammer. Voor de rest, top hotel en personeel!"

"Super ruim en schoon appartement. Ook de schoonmaak erg netjes. Zwembad, locatie voor ons perfect, niet te druk overal dichtbij. Ondergrondse parkeergarage heel fijn! "

"Grote kamers die steeds netjes werden gehouden. Vriendelijk personeel, winkels ,strand en bepaalde bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. De bedden en het zwembad / bubbelbad kunnen een upgrade gebruiken. Wel alles heel netjes onderhouden. Prijs kwaliteit een mooi, vriendelijk verblijf in de buurt van strand,enz. "

"Hotel zelf prima. Schoon en rook fris. Gastvrije receptie en werden goed geholpen Parkeren op eigen terrein is wel tegen betaling van €10 per dag. Housekeeping deden goed hun werk. Alleen de verbouwing naast het hotel zorgde voor wat herrie en stof. "

"Hotel is gedateerd en dat zie je terug aan gebladerde verf op sommige muren en de uitstraling van de kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en de busservice naar Puerto de Mogan is een groot pluspunt. Akoestiek in de eetzaal laat te wensen over. Fantastische bergwandelingen gemaakt op het eiland "

"It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. "We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the concierge came to have a look. Apearantly the TV's hdmi wasn't working, so I asked her if we could try another TV, maybe another room. She was fully booked, which I understand, but the next day there would be people leaving so they would get back to that. Never spoke 1 word about it. "
