Hôtel près de Parc naturel d'Abant (Mudurnu)

« A great to relax and to chill. The hotel and its spa are very good. Service is very good and the hotel is ideally located to go walking around the lake. The food is tasty and abundant. I warmly recommend the famous Abant trout with a glass of white wine, especially on the pontoon. Enjoy the sunset on the lake... »

« I can’t even call this place a bed and breakfast , very limited breakfast .. Terrible management and staff .. The management leaves the hotel by 2 pm There is only night watchers stays after that knows nothing about the property.. the rooms are dirty they only clean the rooms every 4 days , when I asked their response was “ our guests wants this way “ I was shocked management has no shame at all I don’t recommend this place for anyone.. »

« When we arrived the lady from the restaurant, tried to take money from us although we had already booked. The owner was in hospital and kept telling us room rates with meals etc over the phone via someone in the restaurant trying to help out with English.. Since we had booked and paid already, we felt like we were getting scammed. We did manage to get a 100% refund, but folks need to be aware of this when booking here.
