'terrible service ! first thing first ! we had no toilet paper but a half a roll that was left from the previous quests. and when we would ask for some they told us we needed to go buy our own!! then they refused to give us towels! the hotel stunk like mildew so bad! but the staff wasn’t helpful at all! they told us we weren’t allowed any towels because people weren’t turning them in! that is not our problem! the fact they didn’t even have any towel set for us BUT ONE when we arrived was already...

'Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
