'The staff is nice and sweet motel was affordable and nice '

'The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. They even left a broom for us to sweep up some of the sand that always comes in on your feet no matter what. We had a good size refrigerator that could hold all our drinks. We also had a small microwave. We had a drying rack for our towels and swim suits in our room. The balcony was a good size and had 2 chairs and a table. Even when it rained we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the bay across the street. The pool was a good...

'We were forced to change our room because it was dirty. The bed sheets were awful, sounds like they didn't change them after the previous resident. The staff were nice and polite. The TV was almost useless. it was from an unknown brand and has nothing on it. We weren't able to connect to our account on platforms'

'We stayed there last year and the ice machine was broke, went back this year and it was still broke. They were sending us all over the place to get ice, simply ridiculous The tub was clogged and then at 4:30 in the afternoon we had no clean towels, had to track down a maid for them Our last night there we had the police at the hotel 2 times, the second time there were 6 police officers there Never again!!!'

'Place was dirty no TV service no hot water no microwave pool was dirty half to psy 15 dollars extra a day to park on there lot and your lucky if you can find a place'

'The stay was perfect for our needs. The one complaint I would have is the noise level of the HVAC system, but it wasn't obnoxiously louder than other hotels. I would recommend the stay, excellent location to Bayside skillet and Ropewalk.'
