Comparé au Shangri-la Hong Kong, Bangkok et Kuala Lumpur. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur au niveau du service. Le ménage dans les chambres est très approximatif. Les toilettes étaient très sales. « Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. »
