« A lovely place to land. Beautiful Victorian with a garden to relax in. The room was so comfortable (even had a window seat) and the food was great. As was each member of the staff. »

« Really good value for a nice room. The breakfast could have been a bit better, they had good bagels but did not offer cream cheese. I would absolutely stay again for the price. The Mexican restaurant next door is fantastic and the staff at the hotel are very nice! »

« Always enjoy staying here. Always parking. Easy to walk to our favorite breakfast spot - Mornjng Glory. Rooms are clean. It is quiet. Not walking distance to downtown but right next to campus. »

« We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...

« The staff were perfect. When they were advised we had two worn out service dogs (we had been on the road 13 hours) they pointed out the very suitable doggy relief areas and provided a ground floor suite as requested. Nice big room, comfortable with large sitting area and a comfy big bed. As we were in transit, we did not have an opportunity to check out the other amenities. Though it is not a new building, that is part of the charm. I give it 5 stars! »

« Lounge and restaurant/breakfast area are next to each other and had lots of minors (kids) running around through all areas creating a less than relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were nice though. »

« Everything was great. But if you plan to use the shuttle from the airport call before you book to find out what hours the shuttle is in service. Our plane was delayed and when we called the number on the website after landing we initially reached the call center and were told there was no shuttle service even though the website says the hotel provides airport shuttle service, I was transferred to the hotel and at first was told the shuttle was not available then they said they would pick us up...
