'Verblijf was perfect. Maar wat een tegenvaller bij thuiskomt en ik mijn mail open met een bericht van The Puli. Ben wel bijzonder ontstemd, en dan zeg ik het netjes, dat ik vandaag een mail ontvang van The Puli met de mededeling dat ik een vaas in mijn kamer kapot gemaakt zou hebben. Schandalig werkelijk. Ik heb de kamer in perfecte staat achter gelaten. Er zat zelfs een foto bij! Als iemand dit gedaan heeft dan moet het personeel zijn of een nieuwe gast op de kamer. Dit is voor mij aanleiding...

'The property is amazing to stay at,, all the staff was so help full to me ... The bad experiance what I had is ,,i took a taxi from the Narita international Airport, to the hotel an,he over charge me ,, he ask for almost 400 Chinees money,, The staff from the hotel i told them whats happen,,they said thats too much,,,the taxi price is 200 or alittle more ,, I was very sad to hear that...but I couldnt do anything about that,, the guy did'nt gave me a payment bond... 'This is a very clean and new hotel. The cleanliness is top notch. Robot delivery is convenient and save us some energy from going down to the lobby to receive the food. The hotel dont have a proper dropoff so didi has to manoeuvre the single road lane in and out of the hotel. 'Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%'

'One of the best hotels in Shanghai, with a President's and Royal suite that has been used by the big and powerful people on Earth. A few years ago they were overbooked and I got the president's suit (in basic state, of course - if a real president would show up for sure all tapestry and so on would be changed). This time a normal suite. Hotel is somewhat ageing, but still top class - something you pay for, of course. All amenities and staff are flawless. Great garden. '
